Project cancellation
Clients may cancel a project in writing. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any non-refundable third-party costs, remain payable.
Advance payments

Third-party purchases
Domains, hosting, SSL certificates, SMS credits, advertising budgets, app store fees, licences and other third-party purchases are generally non-refundable once processed, subject to the provider's policy.
Recurring services
